The worst branch ever. Right now we are sitting and waiting for our turn already for 1 hour! Waiting for 1 hour to find out where the transferred money is. Just to speak to the manager. I think they just see that we are foreigners (the clients of the bank though), and don’t want to work with us. Because they have 0 English. And those employees who work at the entrance simply don’t know anything about banking. Because even for simple questions like the correspondence bank for swift translations THEY SAID they have no such correspondence banks and they simply do not understand what we want. One of the ladies sent us to the airport to find that out. We regret that we became the clients of this bank.
Even though it took us a long time to resolve my problem, they are 5 stars for the people who work there. Very friendly and always willing to resolve any issue even though they have many more people to attend to, mainly the boy who attended to me, they recognize that it is an exhausting job and they do not lose their calm.
the worst branch and attention of all! Disastrous, they should close this branch or change all the staff, not one of the executives is useful, a problem arises and no one, no one can solve it, they only know how to charge and offer credits but for what is really important they are inefficient. I'm going to change my SME account to another bank because honestly they are terrible.
